Issue 3: Comparison between Chinese and foreign Energy statistical criteria and accounting

Recently, literatures for energy and environmental policy research are on the rise. The data used are mostly got from the statistical institutions. Right now, there exists many problems in data using in doing research. There are different statistical criteria and accounting (or transfer factor) among different statistical institutions. The using of those statistical data with no attention in those differences maybe lead to inappropriate conclusion or non-meaningful dispute. The present issue intends to introduce the different energy data statistical criteria and accounting between China and IEA (International Energy Agency).
