Rong Han, Female, Born in 1989, from Jining, Shandong Province. She graduated from School of Management and Economics of Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT) in 2012 and got her Bachelor degree of Management. Furthermore, she had a tutor experience in BIT from 2012 to 2014. In 2014, she had the chance for master degree for management and now is a PhD candidate with the help of professor Yi-Ming Wei.
