Xu Huangchen, female, born in 1996, coming from Putian, Fujian, was graduated from the School of Management and Economics of Beijing Institute of Technology in 2018 with a bachelor's degree of Applied Economics in International Economics and Trade, and was admitted to CEEP-BIT to pursue a master's degree in the same year. Now she is a graduate student majoring in Energy and Climate Economics and mainly researches on low-carbon transportation evaluation and planning.
