Weidong Zhao graduated from School of Mathematics of Shandong University in 2010 and got his Bachelor degree of Science. He is now a postgraduate student in School of Management and Economics of Beijing Institute of Technology and a member of center for Energy and Environmental Policy Research, Beijing Institute of Technology.
