  On Jun.18th-20th 2008, Dr. Qiao-Mei Liang and Prof. Hua Liao went to Istanbul to attend the 31thInternational Association for Energy Economics (IAEE).The theme of this meeting was "Bridging Energy Supply and Demand: Logistics, Competition and Environment". Dr. Qiao-Mei Liang and Prof. Hua Liao respectively made reports named "Multi-regional Input-Output Analysis for Energy Requirements and CO2 Emissions in China" and "China's Energy Intensity: a GDP Accounting Perspective".
