 On Sept. 28, invited by the dean of the School of Management and Economics, director of CEEP, Prof.Yi-Ming Wei, Prof. Mukul of the Ministry of Science and Technology of India visited CEEP and made a report named the evolution of climate change and the Post Kyoto framework.
