Associate Prof. Liao and Associate Prof. Yu Gave Reports In CEEP

 On February 18th, 2011, Associate Prof. Yu and Associate Prof. Liao gave two reports named "Carbon emissions quota allocation in regions in China: results from PSO-FCM clustering and Shapley Value methods" and " Data problem in energy economics and policy research" respectively in CEEP. Teachers and students in CEEP discussed hotly on these two topics.
