刘丽静,北京理工大学能源与环境政策研究中心预聘副教授、特别研究员、博士生导师。德国柏林工业大学联合培养博士。入选北京市科协2024-2026年度青年人才托举工程。主要研究领域包括能源环境与气候政策、气候-环境协同治理、能源-环境-经济复杂系统建模等。在本领域Nature Climate Change、Global Environmental Change、Environmental Science and Technology等本领域国际顶级学术期刊上发表学术论文30余篇。先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年项目、中国博士后科学基金项目,参与国家自然科学基金基础科学中心项目、重大项目、创新研究群体项目、重点研发计划等多项国家级科研项目。作为主要编写成员参与多部教材与专著的撰写工作。获国家一级学会中国煤炭学会优秀博士学位论文奖。担任中国优选法统筹法与经济数学研究会能源经济与管理研究分会理事、《能源与气候变化》期刊编委。
