Aims and Scope of the Special Issue:
In an era of rapid global transformation, addressing economic frontiers demands interdisciplinary perspectives, innovative solutions, and sustainable practices. This special issue seeks to integrate multidisciplinary research across economics, finance, and business, with a focus on advancing our understanding of global challenges such as climate change, the integration of big data and financial technology into economic systems, and the promotion of equality and diversity. We encourage submissions that combine theoretical breakthroughs and practical innovations, leveraging interdisciplinary methodologies to unravel the dynamic interdependencies within complex economic systems, thereby informing evidence-based policymaking and business strategies.
We particularly welcome empirical, data-driven, and technology-enhanced studies that foster cross-disciplinary dialogue between economics and fields such as geospatial science, environmental studies, and computer science. Submissions should aim to address the multifaceted challenges of our evolving world through innovative and actionable insights.

Public governance, taxation and green fiscal policy.
Financial econometrics and asset pricing, green finance and innovation.

Submission and deadlines:
All papers will be referred anonymously. All submissions to the Special Issue will be reviewed in accordance with Journal of Chinese Economic and Business Studies 's editorial process.
The submission deadline for this special issue is the 30th June, 2026.
