    徐硕,湖南常德人。2015年毕业于浙江大学能源与环境系统工程专业,获工学学士学位。2020年毕业于中国科学院理化技术研究所工程热物理专业,获工学博士学位。现为北京理工大学能源与环境政策研究中心博士后,主要研究领域包括能源技术预见、低碳能源与经济、绿色能源和环境政策等。
