Prof. Biying Yu

Biying Yu is a Professor in Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT), China. She is granted by the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars. She is the deputy director of the Center for Energy and Environmental Policy Research, BIT. Previously, Prof. Yu has several years’ working experience as an assistant professor and research fellow in Hiroshima University and Kyoto University in Japan. Her recent research focus on energy modelling, carbon emissions and climate policy, and etc. She has performed high-level research projects supported by NDRC, MOST, and NSFC in China. She has published over 60 papers on top journals including: Nature Energy, Nature Climate Change, Nature Communications, etc. Many of her research were selected as Nature Research Highlights and were widely reported by world famous medias.
