张祥，博士，教授，博士生导师，2007年毕业于华中科技大学，获管理学博士学位。任能源与环境政策研究中心副主任。主要从事行为运作、物流和供应链管理、新能源汽车等领域的研究。近年主持15项科研项目，累计发表论文40多篇、出版5本著（译）作，其中论文以第一作者或独立作者被SCI/SSCI/EI检索20多篇。2009年获“全国优秀博士论文提名论文奖”，2011年入选北京市优秀人才培养资助计划、北京理工大学“师德先进个人”，2012年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才，2013年获评北京理工大学三育人先进个人称号。
