This book applies complex systems theory and is grounded in the qualitative and quantitative integrated methodology. It takes the sustainable development complex system as the main thread, builds upon the theories and methods of systems science and management science, and is set against the background of the scientific data information sharing project, to conduct research on China's sustainable development management issues. Taking the objectives of China's Tenth Five‑Year Plan as targets, it carries out planning studies on the sustainable development status during that period.
