——On December 2nd,Russia President Vladimir Putin said that Russia's electricity sector should accelerate the construction of electricity infrastructure connecting Russia and Crimea, and try to make Crimea get rid of dependence on Ukraine’ s electricity before May 2016.
——Through one year of study, Mexico’ s Energy Transformation Law was approved by councils, in which there’ re rules for the proportion of clean energy to electricity. The clean energy will account for 25% of electricity in 2018, 30% in 2021 and 35% in 2024.
——Google declares a purchasing intention of 781 Megawatts solar energy and wind power from America, Chile and Sweden.
——Nigeria’s State Minister of department of petroleum resources and general manager of NNPC will take charge of the OPEC conference in Vienna as the president of OPEC. He will prompt the international market to cut down 1.5 million barrels per day and make the oil prices stable.

——Lian Weiliang, the deputy director of the National Development and Reform Commission, said in 2016 National Coal Trade Fair that in order to solve the current difficulties in coal industry, there must be a comprehensive strategy: strictly control the production and consumption of inferior coal, restrict the import of low quality coal and etc.
——Recently, the Environmental Protection Departments of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei gathered to sign an agreement, which clearly put forward that Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei will cooperate to establish the environmental pollution protection rules and workout special plans in the fields of atmosphere, water, soil and solid waste.
——During the 13th Five Year Plan from 2016, China will build six to eight nuclear power stations every year.
