EIA says the U.S. crude oil inventories decreased by 1.9 million barrels; Beijing set to relax its license plate policy for imported new energy cars

——The U.S. Energy and Information Administration (EIA) said the U.S. crude oil inventories decreased by 1.9 million barrels from the previous week, and crude prices fell to a six-year low of less than $42.00 a barrel, after which they recovered to around $60.00 a barrel.

——Imported pure electric cars will soon be subject to a relaxed license plate lottery policy in Beijing, following on from a removal of traffic restrictions by the city on all such vehicles that took effect on 1th June,2015.
——Nur Bekri, Director of the National Energy Administration, investigated CNPC, Sinopec and CNOOC to promote the process for the transmission of the mechanism of oil and gas.
——China's coal giants including Shenhua, ChinaCoal, Yitai, and Datong Coal have hiked their coal prices for June by a range from 2 yuan/tonne to 7 yuan/tonne despite continuous gloomy coal industry, which is due to relatively balanced supply and demand on elimination of inefficient capacity driven by policy adjustment and market competition according to insiders.
——China will probably cut domestic guide prices for gasoline and diesel due to drops in global crude prices, and if confirmed, it would be the first cut since the end of March and the fourth this year.
