Russia takes over as top oil supplier to China; Technology alliance for China’s energy internet established

——Russia is now the largest supplier of crude to China, having passed Saudi Arabia in May of this year when China imported more than 3.9 million metric tons of Russian crude but imports from Saudi Arabia plummeted by 42% from April.

——Gong-Shan Zhu, Chairman of Golden Concord Holdings Limited (GCL), represented 10 institutions like GCL Group and Tsinghua University to established the technology alliance for China’s energy internet.
——From 10th June to 15th June, the sea trials for the first time at the depth of over 3000 meters deep seabed, on the seabed 60 meters drilling, indicated that China has the ability to deep-water seabed sampling of our country after the United States, Germany, Australia, to master the fourth technology of the country.
——According to China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC), since 2004, the first West-East gas pipeline project in China has supplied 15 billion cubic meters of natural gas, from which 400 million people have benefitted.
