◆The International Energy Agency launched 2012 World Energy Outlook recently.
◆Saudi crude oil output will increased from the current 1130 million barrels to 12.5 million barrels in 2015, with an increase of approximately 10%, announced by Saudi Aramco, the national oil company of Saudi Arabia on the November 13th.
◆The European Commission has recommended to stop temporarily the implementation of carbon tax until the autumn of 2013.

◆Beijing International Wind Energy Conference held in Beijing on the November 15th. Liu Qi, Deputy Secretary of the National Energy Administration of China, delivered a speech at the conference and revealed that China had biggest wind power installed capacity all over the world.
◆“Global wind power development Outlook 2012” was released in Beijing on November 13.
◆The first 220 kV power line from China to Mongolia has been put into operation.
