The International Energy Agency launched 2012 World Energy Outlook recently.

Saudi crude oil output will increased from the current 1130 million barrels to 12.5 million barrels in 2015, with an increase of approximately 10%, announced by Saudi Aramco, the national oil company of Saudi Arabia on the November 13th.

The European Commission has recommended to stop temporarily the implementation of carbon tax until the autumn of 2013.

Beijing International Wind Energy Conference held in Beijing on the November 15th. Liu Qi, Deputy Secretary of the National Energy Administration of China, delivered a speech at the conference and revealed that China had biggest wind power installed capacity all over the world.

“Global wind power development Outlook 2012” was released in Beijing on November 13.

The first 220 kV power line from China to Mongolia has been put into operation.
