◆ China invite tenders for shale gas project, which attracting great interest of overseas companies such as Shell. Once shale gas production capacity formed, China's coal industry will be greatly influenced.

◆ National Energy Administration published “12th Five-Year Plan” on Renewable Energy Development on August 6th.

◆ Oil price has been up regulated by National Development and Reform Commission on August 10th. This is the third time of up regulation in this year.

◆ Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) increased the expected oil demand data before 2015 due to the ecomomic recovery, OPEC said in its annual world oil outlook report.
