On November 24th 2014, the national energy conservation Centre signed strategic cooperation agreements with Beijing Institute of technology, Group of Shenhua, China people's University, Xi’an Jiaotong University separately.FengchunSun, Deputy President of Beijing Polytechnic University was on behalf of the school to sign a framework agreement.

　　Beijing Institute of technology and the National Center for energy saving has maintained close collaborative research relationships for a long time.At present, Beijing Institute of technology, School of Management and Economics of BIT, and the centerof energy and environmental policy research, in cooperation with national energy-saving Center are working together to conduct the World Bank-funded project "energy efficiency assessment method and model studies of China."
