On Sep.20th 2006, Institute of Policy and Management of Chinese Academy of Science and CNPC Economics & Technology Research Institute (China National Petroleum Corporation) jointly established CEEP (Center for Energy and Environmental Policy Research) and held the inaugural meeting in Beijing.
