On Dec.18th, 2013, Doctor Professor Tad Murty, the editor-in-chief of Natural Hazards from University of Ottawa visits CEEP-BIT and delivers a report of Publishing Papers in International Scientific Journal. Teachers and students from both inside and outside CEEP attend the discussion.
