On April 23, 2019, at 15:00 pm, Ms. Lin, Dean of the Resources and Environment Branch of the China National Institute of Standardization, was invited to visit and gave an academic report entitled “Exploration and Practice of Standardization Development of Ecological Civilization Construction”. This report was presided over by Professor Tang, deputy director of the center. The teachers and students of the center participated in the report.

　　Lin Ling, a researcher, enjoys special government allowances from the State Council. He is currently the Dean of the Resource and Environmental Branch of the China National Institute of Standardization. She is also the Director of the China Energy Efficiency and Water Efficiency Labeling Management Center, the Director of the Energy Efficiency and Water Efficiency Engineering Center of the State Administration, and the National Energy Foundation and Management Standardization Technical Committee. Secretary-General of the National Environmental Protection Industry Standardization Technical Committee, the National Carbon Emission Management Standardization Technical Committee, and the National Green Product Standardization Group. She has presided over more than 20 national-level important projects and more than 20 international cooperation projects, including the National Science and Technology Support Project, 863, 973, etc., presided over and participated in the drafting of more than 50 national green energy-saving and low-carbon environmental protection standards, and published more than 50 papers. Many departments have obtained 2 patents and 6 software copyrights. 　He has been engaged in standardization research in the field of resources and environment for a long time, and participated in the preparation of major relevant policy systems such as the State, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Commerce, and the Ministry of Environmental Protection, and the review of national science and technology projects, supporting the development of ecological civilization and green development in Jiangxi, Guizhou, Hainan and other places. Related technologies support work. Has rich experience in organizational management, responsible for China's energy efficiency labeling system, water efficiency labeling system, and the implementation of the leader system. The research results have won more than 10 national and provincial awards such as the second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, the National AQSIQ Science and Technology Inspection, and the Beijing Science and Technology Progress.
　　In today's report, President Lin mainly shared the contents of standard research related to the construction of ecological civilization, starting with the basic knowledge related to standards, and combining the cases in her actual work to describe the standards in practice against enterprises and society. The influence highlighted its importance; then, Ms. Lin combined with the standards related to energy and carbon emissions, gave a lecture on the topic of science. Due to time, only a few issues were opened after the report was over to allow everyone to communicate with President Lin.
