Professor Liao Hua is engaged in scientific research and talent cultivation in the field of energy economy and climate policy, and has published more than 90 papers in cooperation. He was once approved as an outstanding youth science fund project, selected as the first batch of young Yangtze River Scholars projects by the Ministry of Education, and won the Mao Yisheng Beijing Youth Science and Technology Award. Professor Liao Hua received his Ph.D. in 2008, and transferred to Beijing Institute of Technology from the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2010.
