On Sept.17th, Dr. Shen Bo from Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory paid a visit to CEEP and delivered an report entitled "The Improvement of Energy Efficiency and the Development of new energy: the practice of the United States".The report was chaired by deputy director of CEEP, Prof. Zhao-Hua Wang.
