About Speaker:
Dr. Qiao-Mei Liang received her PhD degree in Management Science and Engineering from Chinese Academy of Science in 2007. She is presiding over several projects including those granted by NSFC. And up to now, she has published more than 10 papers in peer-reviewed journals and participated in the work of several books and consulting reports. She got the Excellent PhD Dissertation of Beijing Municipality and the nomination for National Excellent PhD Dissertation of China.
