Recently, the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation announced the 66th batch of personnel to be funded in general. Chen Weiming, a full-time postdoctoral of the Center for Energy and Environmental Policy Research, received the funding. China Postdoctoral Science Fund was established in 1985 at the initiative of Mr. Li Zhengdao and the decision of Comrade Deng Xiaoping. It is a scientific research fund specially set up by the state for postdoctoral researchers in stations. It aims to promote outstanding postdoctoral researchers with development potential and innovation ability to carry out innovative research and cultivate a high-level innovative postdoctoral talent team. The funding of China Postdoctoral Science Foundation mainly comes from the central government’s funding.
